Raspberry Yogurt Pie
« Summer Recipes | Posted on 08/01/2009 01:37 pm by Tammy McConnellThis is a wonderful, cool, creamy dessert for summertime. I rarely turn on my oven between the months of May – September, but I LOVE pie! Here you go. Try it! I bet you’ll LOVE it as much as we do…and it’s so easy!
Ingredients:
- 4 C raspberry yogurt
- 1 tub whipped topping
- 2 graham cracker crusts
- 1 handful fresh raspberries
Directions:
- Mix yogurt and whipped topping together
- Spoon into crusts evenly
- Top with fresh raspberries
- Refrigerate to set
Note: I use raspberry because it’s my favorite. This works with your favorite yogurt and fruit.
